The City of Dayton is interest in receiving sealed proposals for auditors, who are qualified under state law and regulations, for the performance of a financial and compliance audit of the City in accordance with the requirements of the laws and/or requirements of the State of Tennessee.

Sealed proposals shall be submitted by 2:00 P.M., Thursday, June 20, 2024, to the address listed above. Proposals will be opened for review prior to a Special Called City Council Meeting to be determined in the Dayton Municipal Building. The outside of the envelope shall be marked as AUDIT
PROPOSAL.
All interested proposers are welcome to submit a proposal. The City of Dayton reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
