TML Partners with Everywhere.care to Bring Telemedicine Benefits to Member Cities
Letter from TML President Ken Moore
$10.99/user/month When Cities Pay and Commit to One Year
$14.99/user/month When Offered As A Voluntary Benefit
TML announced our new partnership with telemedicine leader Everywhere.care at our Legislative Conference in Nashville, March 14. We have negotiated a significantly discounted price to bring this 24/7/365 telemedicine benefit to our member cities.
It's not health care. Instead, Everywhere.care offers unlimited use of their telemedicine platform for medical conditions and behavioral health for one low monthly fee with no copays. Your employees can add up to seven (7) family members to their account for this same unlimited use, and they don't need to be dependents or live in the same household. Because Everywhere.care operates in all 50 states, the whole family can benefit from receiving their care everywhere.
TML understands that health care costs are rising while plans are covering less. Even plans that offer telemedicine visits still require a copay and can't promise to take place quickly. Amazon recenlty announced their own telemedicine offering with an anticipated appointment cost of $75. The average wait time for a telemedicine appointment with Everywhere.care is less than twenty (20) minutes, allowing your employees to get a diagnosis quickly and have medicine prescribed for themselves or their children.
We have also learned that this benefit is an acceptable telemedicine option for Physician 4 on the Worker's Compensation medical panel form C-42.
If your city is interested in signing up, reach out to Mark French Barrett or Debbie Kluth of your TML staff. We use this intake form to sign up your employees, and Everywhere.care will bill your city and handle all of the administrative work.
