HOTEL CONFERENCE RATE: $229 plus taxes
The Tennessee Municipal League has a block of rooms with the DoubleTree by Hilton Nashville Downtown. THE CONFERENCE RATE IS $229 PER NIGHT. The local taxes and fees are currently 15.25% (9.25% TN State Sales Tax & 6% Hotel Occupancy Tax). Also, a City Tax fee of $2.50 per room per night will be applied. The Hotel does not guarantee a specific room type until the day of arrival. To be exempted from State Sales Tax, bring your municipal Certificate of Tax Exemption form with you. (Exemption will only apply if using a municipal credit card or check upon check-in/check-out. You cannot use the exemption form with your personal credit card or check).
