Register Now for Race You to Conference
Kick off your conference experience at Race You to Conference, a special event on July 9 at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Attendees who select the Drive the Track Pass will have the opportunity to take their own vehicle onto the track from 4 to 6 PM and complete five laps around the fastest half-mile in the world. You can drive solo or invite friends to ride along.
Dinner at the Speedway will follow from 6 to 8 PM, offering time to connect with fellow attendees while enjoying great food and drinks overlooking this iconic track.
For those who don't intend to drive laps, transportation will be offered to and from MeadowView.

The Conference Golf Tournament on July 11 brings municipal leaders together in support of Tennessee communities.
Set against the backdrop of a premier course, this event blends connection, friendly competition, and a shared commitment to making a difference.
Proceeds benefit the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, supporting meaningful work across the region.

Exhibitor setup will be available on July 10 from 1 until 4:30 p.m. and July 11 from 7:30 until 9 a.m., ensuring ample time to prepare for attendee engagement.
Booth options are available to fit your organization’s needs:

An additional $200 fee will be applied to registrations beginning Thursday, June 11, 2026.
To assist with planning, please note that cancellations must be received by May 31, 2026 to qualify for a refund. No refunds will be issued after this date.
